“GW” means gigawatts;

“MW” means megawatts;

“MWh” means megawatt hour;

“TWh” means terawatt hours;

“BLM” means the United States Bureau of Land Management;

“CEL” means the Certificados de Energía Limpia (Clean Energy Certificates) issued to generators of clean energy in Mexico by the commission for energy regulation; 

“CENANCE” means the Centro Nacional de Control de Energía (National Energy Control Center) of Mexico;

“CFE” means the Comisión Federal de Electricidad;

“EPE” means El Paso Electric.

“FERC” means the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission;

 “INAH” means the Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (National Institute of Anthropology and History) of Mexico.

“SEMARNAT” means the Secretaria de Medio Ambiente y Recuros Naturales (Secretariat of Environment and Natural Resources of Mexico);

“SENER” means the Secretaría de Energía (Secretariat of Energy) of Mexico.
